Role Overview:
As an Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the engineering strategy for all SaaS solutions. This includes defining the technology architecture, development stack, scalability, and security aspects. You will lead the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap with high speed and quality. Additionally, you will be involved in exploring new technologies, implementing automation practices, and solving complex technical issues through hands-on development. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and promoting engineering excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engineering strategy for SaaS solutions

• Lead the engineering team for timely delivery of the product roadmap

• Explore new technologies through experiments and POCs

• Implement automation and best practices in code management and testing

• Solve complex technical issues through hands-on development

• Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence

Qualifications Required:

• B.E. / B.Tech from Tier 1 Institute

Key Skills Needed:

• Microservices, Spring Boot, Core Java, Struts 2.0, JPA & Hibernate

• Hands-On experience in relational databases (MySQL Preferred)

• Experience in Data warehousing & Analytics
