CTO and Co-Founder

About the Role

As the AI Architect at our company, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of AI-powered conversational products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • • Building and mentoring the technology team covering full stack, data, and AI ops.

  • • Setting the engineering culture focused on velocity, ownership, innovation, and reliability.

  • • Collaborating closely with the CEO and team to prioritize the product roadmap.

  • • Representing the tech vision in investor conversations, pitch decks, and product demos.

  • • Establishing technical standards through architecture design, code reviews, and hands-on problem solving.

  • • Overseeing product releases, version control, QA processes, and DevOps pipelines.

  • • Designing internal dashboards for AI visibility, insights, and optimizations.
  • Good to have qualifications include:

  • • Prior experience as a Co-Founder/CTO in a high-growth startup.

  • • Strong experience in full stack product development and shipping AI/ML products.

  • • Ability to scale a revenue-positive AI retail product globally from India and build a category-defining startup.

  • • Experience in fund-raising as a Co-Founder from pre-seed to Series A/B/C.

  • • Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

  • • Proven experience in building production-grade AI-powered conversational retail products.

  • • Fast-paced, ownership-driven, and high-impact roles in a startup environment.

    Estimated Salary Range(low confidence)

    35 L – ₹65 L per year
