About the Role

As a Corporate Development Director in the Office of the CEO, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the company's growth agenda by driving strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Providing strategic planning, advisory, and decision-support to the Office of the CEO.

  • • Serving as a trusted advisor on corporate development, private equity, and M&A initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic transactions.

  • • Leading end-to-end M&A activities, from deal sourcing to post-merger integration.

  • • Partnering with the Strategy Execution Office to coordinate long-range planning and strategic governance processes.

  • • Analyzing market trends and transaction landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

  • • Supporting enterprise communications strategy and developing executive-level content.
  • To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • • An MBA from a top-tier business school.

  • • Prior experience as a Corporate Development leader in a large IT services organization.

  • • Demonstrated end-to-end M&A experience, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and closing.

  • • Strong exposure to private equity engagement and strategic investment processes.

  • • Proven ability to work with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • • Experience in developing and executing strategic communications initiatives.

  • • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.

  • • A good understanding of digital business models and emerging technologies.
