About the Role

As a Vice President Product Owner at JPMorgan Chase's Commercial and Investment Banking, you will play a crucial role in shaping the platforms that drive client experience, controls, and data-driven decisions.   • • Partner closely with global stakeholders from business, finance, operations, and technology.

  • • Maintain Jira hygiene and reporting aligned with Control Standards.

  • • Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships to expedite delivery.

  • • Communicate proactively on scope, risks, and impacts across different time zones.

  • • Identify and analyze data quality, lineage, and processing issues.

  • • Resolve production defects with Ops and Engineering through rapid triage and root cause actions.

  • • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance reliability, speed, and scale.

  • • Test and accept releases, validate functionality and controls before deployment.
  • Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or Masters is preferred.
