Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), located in Bengaluru. The CTO will oversee the technological strategy and development, drive innovation in the AI and financial tech solutions, and collaborate closely with co-founders and stakeholders to shape the company's vision and goals. Responsibilities include managing the technology team, ensuring the security and scalability of the platform, and liaising with business and product teams to develop and implement technical solutions aligning with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify, evaluate, and implement advanced technology trends in AI and finance.
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration with the team.
• Sales and Marketing expertise, with a proven ability to contribute to building strategies that align technical capabilities with business growth objectives.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage technical teams, oversee project timelines, and drive results within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strategic mindset and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.
• Previous experience in fintech, AI technologies, or related fields is a strong advantage.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
