About the Role
As the Co-Founder & Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) of the company, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, enhance market positioning, raise brand awareness, and formulate customer acquisition strategies. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will play a crucial role in defining the sales and marketing vision to scale the business effectively.
Your duties will revolve around various key areas:
- Devising and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing high-value deals and partnerships.
- Building and leading a dynamic sales team.
- Steering B2B/B2C/D2C sales, forging channel partnerships, and establishing strategic alliances.
- Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Crafting digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Conducting market research to spot trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Managing PR, advertising, and influencer marketing endeavors.
- Fine-tuning lead generation, conversion funnels, and customer retention approaches.
- Utilizing data analytics to gauge and enhance sales & marketing performance.
- Exploring new markets and growth prospects to expand the business.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO & founding team to outline and execute business strategies.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
- Working with product and operations teams to elevate the customer experience.
Key Requirements:
Investment & Equity Terms:
An investment of 20 lakh for a 3% equity stake in the company.
Equity structured with standard terms (as per founders agreement).
Potential for additional ESOPs/performance-based incentives.
