About the Role

As the Co-Founder & Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) of the company, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, enhance market positioning, raise brand awareness, and formulate customer acquisition strategies. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will play a crucial role in defining the sales and marketing vision to scale the business effectively.

Your duties will revolve around various key areas:

  • • Sales & Business Development:

  • - Devising and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    - Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing high-value deals and partnerships.
    - Building and leading a dynamic sales team.
    - Steering B2B/B2C/D2C sales, forging channel partnerships, and establishing strategic alliances.

  • • Marketing & Brand Strategy:

  • - Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
    - Crafting digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
    - Conducting market research to spot trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
    - Managing PR, advertising, and influencer marketing endeavors.

  • • Revenue Growth & Customer Acquisition:

  • - Fine-tuning lead generation, conversion funnels, and customer retention approaches.
    - Utilizing data analytics to gauge and enhance sales & marketing performance.
    - Exploring new markets and growth prospects to expand the business.

  • • Leadership & Strategic Planning:

  • - Collaborating closely with the CEO & founding team to outline and execute business strategies.
    - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
    - Working with product and operations teams to elevate the customer experience.

    Key Requirements:

  • • Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.

  • • Robust network and ability to attract high-value clients or partnerships.

  • • Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition.

  • • Leadership skills in team building and scaling.

  • • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a fervor for business growth.
  • Investment & Equity Terms:
    An investment of 20 lakh for a 3% equity stake in the company.
    Equity structured with standard terms (as per founders agreement).
    Potential for additional ESOPs/performance-based incentives.
