About the Role

As the CTO / IT Head, your role involves defining and executing the long-term technology roadmap aligned with the business and growth goals. You will drive digital transformation across the organization, including ERP modernization, warehouse digitization, and partner engagement platforms. It is crucial to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, RPA, cloud, and blockchain for strategic advantage.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and deployment of AI/ML use cases such as demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, sales analytics, warehouse automation, AIOps, and predictive maintenance.

• Fostering a data-driven culture by building advanced analytics and AI capabilities in-house or through partnerships.

• Overseeing the modernization and integration of core systems including ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft), CRM, WMS, and DMS.

• Building scalable and secure APIs to connect internal platforms with OEM/vendor portals and third-party tools.

• Architecting and overseeing custom digital platforms for channel partners/resellers, inventory and order visibility, and customer support through chatbots and self-service portals.

• Enabling partner self-onboarding and credit management through intelligent automation.

• Establishing a strong cybersecurity posture using modern frameworks and tools.

• Ensuring compliance with ISO, GDPR, Indian data protection laws, and vendor-specific IT standards.

• Leading incident response planning and IT risk governance.

• Leading a cross-functional team of IT, DevOps, data scientists, product managers, and engineers.

• Collaborating closely with COO, CFO, sales heads, and OEM partners on digital priorities.

• Representing technology vision to the Board and investors.
