Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution for AI-driven platforms. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and product thinking, with the ability to actively contribute to coding while managing a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML-based platforms

- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals

- Lead AI/ML initiatives including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and automation workflows

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of systems

- Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and code reviews

- Translate business and client requirements into technical solutions

- Oversee product releases, QA, and DevOps processes

- Manage, mentor, and scale the engineering team

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client discussions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership roles

- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django)

- Experience with Node.js / React.js

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, and RAG pipelines

- Exposure to tools like OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Whisper, LangChain

- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture

- Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

- Proven experience building scalable SaaS or AI-driven products

Good to Have :

- Experience with voice/telephony tech (e.g., Twilio, Exotel, Asterisk)

Work Details :

- 6-day work week (alternate Saturdays off)

- Day shift
