About the Role

Description :


Technology Leadership :

- Define and execute the company's technology and data strategy

- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team

- Stay ahead of trends in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies


Data & Analytics Strategy :

- Build and scale a robust data analytics infrastructure

- Oversee data engineering, data warehousing, and BI systems

- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization

- Ensure data quality, governance, and security


Team Building & Management :

- Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and data teams

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning

- Establish best practices in software development and analytics


Architecture & Development :

- Design scalable and secure data platforms and pipelines

- Oversee development of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting systems

- Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability


Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with product, business, and operations teams

- Translate business needs into technical solutions

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)

- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles

- Strong background in data analytics, big data, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Proven experience building and scaling data platforms and engineering teams

- Expertise in data architecture, ETL pipelines, and BI tools

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and data-driven product development


Preferred Skills :

- Experience in startup or high-growth environments

- Knowledge of modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.)

- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
