VP of Engineering ) (AI-First . Crypto). Looking for someone which can start as an IC and later move to leadership role and own a complete Engineering org.
Role Build backend-heavy financial systems from scratch across crypto/stablecoin/web3 infrastructure. Own architecture, scalability, and security while working in an AI-first engineering setup.
