Chief Technology Officer (15-20 yrs)
Technology Leadership:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
- Stay ahead of trends in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologiesData & Analytics Strategy:
- Oversee data engineering, data warehousing, and BI systems
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization- Ensure data quality, governance, and security
Team Building & Management:- Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and data teams
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning- Establish best practices in software development and analytics
Architecture & Development:- Design scalable and secure data platforms and pipelines
- Oversee development of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting systems- Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability
Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work closely with product, business, and operations teams
- Translate business needs into technical solutions- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles- Strong background in data analytics, big data, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven experience building and scaling data platforms and engineering teams- Expertise in data architecture, ETL pipelines, and BI tools
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and data-driven product developmentPreferred Skills:
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Knowledge of modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.)- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance
