Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lala for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will oversee the organization's technology strategy, lead software and product development efforts, and ensure efficient project management. Responsibilities include directing IT strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement technical architectures, and driving innovation to meet company goals. The CTO will also mentor and manage the technical team to achieve high performance and align technical initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Proven experience in Project Management, including leading and delivering complex technical projects
• Proficiency in IT Strategy development and implementation
• Technical knowledge and experience in designing and implementing high-quality Architecture solutions
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior management role within the technology industry is an advantage
