About the Role

About the Role:

- We are building a high-impact AI-powered consumer platform at the intersection of content generation, safety, and scalable mobile experiences.

- We are looking for a hands-on, execution-first CTO who will take complete ownership of technology: architecture, backend systems, AI orchestration, safety guardrails, and mobile app scalability.

- This is a builder CTO role. You will architect, write code, ship fast, and build the foundation for a large-scale AI-native product.

- This person will also be getting equity ( Based on Founder discussion) as part of compensation.

- Revision post seed funding

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Technology Ownership

- Full backend architecture design and implementation

- AI agent orchestration systems

- Mobile app scalability and performance

- Infrastructure, DevOps, and deployment pipelines

- Security, data protection, and compliance readiness

- AI & Agent Systems

Required Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years of backend engineering experience

- Strong production experience with Python

- Built and scaled at least one high-usage backend system

- Experience with mobile-first architectures

- Deep understanding of API design & system reliability

- Experience deploying systems on AWS/GCP/Azure

- Prior exposure to AI/LLM systems is strongly preferred

Ideal Profile:

- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration

- Can move from architecture - code - deploy independently

- Startup-ready and long-term equity oriented

- Interested in building 0- 1 and scaling to 1- 10
