Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Kanpur, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The CTO will lead the technology strategy, oversee software development, and design scalable system architecture to support business growth. The role includes managing technology teams, driving innovative product development, and ensuring cybersecurity. Collaborating with other executives, the CTO will align technological initiatives with company goals to deliver a consistent, seamless user experience on the platform.

Qualifications
• Extensive experience in Software Development and Architecture
• Strong expertise in IT Strategy and leading technology projects
• Proficiency in Project Management and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven capabilities in Product Development, from ideation to launch
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the proptech or real estate sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
