Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are a global technology solutions provider at the forefront of the AI revolution. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge operational intelligence and AI-driven services to major enterprises in the Telecommunications, Banking, and Insurance sectors. As we scale our proprietary product ecosystem, we are seeking a Technical CTO to serve as the primary architect of our future.

The Role

The
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be a "Technologist-in-Chief," responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from R.D and architectural design to global deployment. You will lead the charge in integrating
Agentic AI into our core offerings, ensuring our solutions are not just reactive, but autonomous and predictive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Vision . AI Leadership:

• Lead the strategy for

Agentic AI
integration, moving beyond simple automation to autonomous agent workflows.

• Direct the development of an

AI-driven Operational Intelligence Suite
tailored for large-scale enterprise environments (e.g., Telecom and Managed Services).

• Drive the roadmap for high-performance computing, leveraging our partnerships with providers like

NVIDIA to deliver localized AI services.

2. Product Engineering . Architecture:

• Architect multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms that can handle massive data throughput with sub-second latency.

• Establish rigorous standards for QA/QC, Testing, and DevOps to ensure "five-nines" (99.999%) reliability for our mission-critical healthcare and fintech clients.

• Oversee the convergence of Telemedicine platforms with AI diagnostics and remote support features.

3. Operational Excellence . Security

• Build and manage a high-performance, global engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and rapid iteration.

• Standardize the tech stack across all business units (HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless data flow and internal efficiency.

• Enforce "Security by Design," ensuring full compliance with international data residency laws and healthcare privacy standards (HIPAA/GDPR).

4. Strategic Partnership . Commercial Support

• Act as the technical face of the company in high-level discussions with Tier-1 partners and acquisition stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the CEO to evaluate potential technical acquisitions and lead the due diligence process.

Technical Competencies . Experience

Experience: 15. years in IT/Software; 7. years in executive leadership (CTO/VP Eng).

AI/ML: Deep expertise in LLMs, Agentic Frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain), and Vector Databases.

Infrastructure: Mastery of AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and NVIDIA GPU-accelerated computing.

Domain Knowledge: Experience in Telecom (OSS/BSS), Managed Service Operations, Banking . Financial Sectors

Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (preferred).

Success Indicators (First 12 Months)

• Product Launch:

Successfully deploy the first iteration of the AI-driven Operational Intelligence Suite.

• Scalability:

Optimize the current architecture to support a 10x increase in user/data volume without performance degradation.

• Team Growth:

Identify and fill key gaps in the engineering org, specifically in Data Science and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Innovation: Patent or document 2. unique AI-driven workflows that provide a competitive moat for the company.
