• Command . Control Center (CCC): Build a centralized, high-tech Command Center to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot smart poles across diverse geographical locations (Urban . Rural).

• Multi-Sensor IoT Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of diverse hardware (CCTV, AQI sensors, SOS triggers, 5G small cells, LED advertising screens) into a unified software dashboard.

• Security . Data Privacy: Implement military-grade encryption and cybersecurity protocols to protect public data and government infrastructure.

• Manufacturing Tech . R.D: Collaborate with the manufacturing wing to integrate Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) and advanced materials into the product design.

*Technology Partnerships: Lead negotiations and technical tie-ups with global tech giants, sensor manufacturers, and telecom providers.
3. Required Skills . Technical Expertise**

• AI/ML Mastery: Expert knowledge of Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), LLMs, Generative AI integration, and frameworks like LangChain, Auto-GPT, or CrewAI.

• Cloud Architecture: Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud (IoT Core), Microservices, and Distributed Systems.

• IoT . Hardware: Understanding of Firmware, Embedded Systems (ARM/Linux), and communication protocols (LoRaWAN, MQTT, 5G, Zigbee).

• Data Analytics: Experience in Big Data processing and Predictive Analytics for urban planning.

*Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage large engineering teams (100.) and deliver complex projects on a national scale.
4. Qualifications . Experience**

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics, or AI from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/IISc or equivalent).

• Experience: 15. years in the tech industry, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP Engineering role.

• Background: Prior experience in Smart City Missions, Telecom Infrastructure, or Large-scale SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

*PPP Understanding: Familiarity with technical compliance for Government Tenders and Public-Private Partnership models.
