About the Role

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at MindFriend, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology vision and leading the development efforts across web, mobile, and AI platforms to deliver scalable and secure digital health solutions.   • • Extensive experience in software engineering and product development leadership

  • • Proven track record in defining and executing technology roadmaps

  • • Expertise in building and scaling telehealth or digital health platforms

  • • Strong understanding of AI technologies and cloud platforms

  • • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy standards and compliance

  • • Skilled in architecture design for scalable and reliable systems

  • • Experience with real-time communication technologies and video consultation infrastructure

    • Platform & Development Skills:

  • • Proficiency in modern web frameworks and mobile development platforms

  • • Familiarity with API design, microservices, and payment integration systems

    • Leadership & Strategic Qualities:

  • • 10+ years experience in software engineering with 5+ years in senior technical leadership

  • • Ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams

  • • Strong decision-making and communication skills

  • • Experience in startup or fast-growing environments preferred
