About the Role

You are a hands-on CTO / Technology Leader responsible for driving product innovation, leading development, and building scalable fintech solutions. You have strong coding expertise and aspire to transition into or grow as a CTO.

  • • Define and execute the companys technology and product strategy

  • • Lead end-to-end product development including design, deployment, and scaling

  • • Build and manage web & mobile trading platforms

  • • Work actively on MERN/MEAN stack development

  • • Drive digital transformation initiatives in broking/fintech space

  • • Implement Agile practices, code standards, and development workflows

  • • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security

  • • Utilize data analytics to enhance product decisions and user experience

  • • Manage cloud infrastructure, uptime, and data security compliance

  • • Hire, mentor, and lead the technology team

  • • Collaborate with business teams for product-market fit
  • Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, ExpressJS, MongoDB - Mandatory experience in MERN / MEAN stack - Experience in product development from 0 to 1 or scaling products

  • • Understanding of Agile methodology & code review practices

  • • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs, and system architecture

  • • Strong understanding of data security & scalable systems
  • Preferred Background: - Experience in Stock Broking / Fintech / Capital Markets

  • • Exposure to trading platforms, APIs, or financial systems

  • • Prior experience in leading small-to-mid engineering teams
