About the Role

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: GIFT City, Ahmedabad

Reports to: CEO / Strategic Board

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly execution-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and transform the technology and operations landscape of our global KPO. This role requires a leader who goes beyond strategy-someone who actively drives implementation, builds scalable systems, and leverages AI to enhance complex business processes.

As the organization enters a significant strategic transformation phase, the CTO will act as a "Transformation Architect," working closely with the Strategic Technology Leader and Promoters to identify and evaluate automation strategies and lead their on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize and Execute AI Transformation: Lead the end-to-end AI and process transformation for all functions across the organization to move toward an AI-native delivery model.

- Drive Process Innovation: Drive process transformation and automation using emerging technologies to move beyond traditional manual processing toward a "System of Intelligence".

- Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of 50+ members spanning Infrastructure, DevOps, Application Development (Web/Portals), and Enterprise Automation (RPA).

- Platform Optimization: Ensure the seamless functioning, scalability, and optimization of all tech platforms and proprietary workflow systems.

- Hands-on Execution: Take full ownership of execution-translating high-level strategic concepts into effective, on-ground implementation with measurable business outcomes.

- Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for deep-sync automation, efficiency improvements, and cost optimization within the global delivery engine.

- Data & Compliance Stewardship: Lead the initiative to transform unstructured historical data into structured assets for proprietary model training while ensuring strict adherence to global data privacy standards (GDPR, SOC2, APP).

- Cultural Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and build a high-performance, delivery-focused tech culture.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of technology leadership experience, with a proven background in execution-heavy environments (e.g., KPO, IT Services, or FinTech).

- Transformation Background: Strong background in AI-driven transformation, digital initiatives, and scaling technology-driven operations.

- Execution Orientation: Proven experience managing large cross-functional tech teams with a strong problem-solving mindset.

- Technical Breadth: Significant exposure to infrastructure management, application development, and automation (RPA) ecosystems.

- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment in an integrated manner with strategy leaders and internal operations heads to sustain long-term transformation.

- Candidates from large-scale services or transformation-driven organizations (e.g., IT services, BPM, consulting setups)

- Prior experience in building or scaling tech-driven operations will be an advantage

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from large-scale services or transformation-driven organizations (e.g., IT Services, BPO/KPO, BPM, GCCs, SaaS, or Tier-1 Consulting setups).

- Prior experience in building or scaling tech-driven operations and transitioning manual-heavy operations into automated, product-led delivery models will be an advantage.
