About the Role

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20+ Professional Engineers, Designers, and Technologists in our R&D department located in Bommasandra, Bangalore. Your role will involve managing a diverse range of talent to offer full spectrum process design and materials handling solutions for the food industry.

Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team of mechanical engineers to complete machine product development. - Build, setup, and manage R&D team and facilities. - Manage New Product Development and Technology Development.

  • • Lead Innovative projects and understand business needs.

  • • Build know-how through basic R&D and commercialize the technology.

  • • Develop strategies for future technology and product enhancements.

  • • Ensure the first-time-right product and zero occupational illnesses & accidents.
  • Qualifications Required: - M. Tech / Ph. D in Mechanical Engineering.

  • • 20+ years of previous Design experience in the food processing industry, SPM industry, or capital goods industry.

  • • Experience in leading a team of 20 members.

  • • Strong written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.

Your experience with welded structural design, casting, forging component design, tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T, and knowledge of ASME-14.5 and other IS standards will be highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with Electrical and Electronic systems, material selection, and site validation will be beneficial for this role.
