About the Role

As a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at XCLARS Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

  • • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.

  • • Analyzing sales performance metrics, generating reports, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Qualifications required for this role include:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • • Proven experience as a successful sales leader in the IT Managed Services industry.

  • • Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, resulting in revenue growth.

  • • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
