About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Chief Sales Head to drive business growth for the Audiowala Platform and Brand Activation services. The role requires strong industry connections, especially with media agencies and corporate brand teams, along with a proven track record in corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business development and client acquisition Build strong relationships with media agencies and corporate clients

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

- Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and industry connects

- Deliver impactful sales presentations and pitches

- Build and manage sales pipeline and funnel

- Identify upselling opportunities (brand activation & digital marketing)

- Prepare customized business proposals

- Achieve revenue targets and ensure timely collections

- Lead and manage the sales team Improve sales processes and systems

Required Skills & Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years in Sales Leadership / Business Development (media, advertising, digital preferred)

- Strong network with media agencies and corporate clients

- Proven track record in corporate sales and deal closures

- Expertise in sales cycle management and pipeline building

- Experience in upselling/cross-selling solutions

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

- Target-driven with a focus on revenue growth

- Knowledge of digital marketing/social media is an added advantage
