THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Epsum Labs has built a strong foundation - deployed solutions, real clients, recognised credentials, and a product portfolio spanning AI, IoT, automation, and enterprise software.
- What we have not yet built is the revenue engine to match our ambition.
- We are expanding aggressively into Auto Components, Logistics, Process Manufacturing, Railways, and Smart Cities - targeting enterprise clients ready for 1 to 2 year end-to-end digital transformation programs.
- The CRO will own everything from pipeline creation to deal closure.
- We don't sell software licences. We sell outcomes - and we need a leader who can own the full journey from generating demand to closing transformation deals.
WHAT THE CRO OWNS - END TO END:
This is not a marketing-only or sales-only role. You own the full revenue funnel.
DEMAND GENERATION & BRAND
PIPELINE & ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT
- Activating your senior network from day one. Account-based outreach to CDOs, COOs, and Plant Heads across target sectors. Owning the qualified pipeline number.
DEAL PURSUIT & CLOSURE
- Leading commercial conversations, proposal narratives, RFP responses, and deal structuring for 1 to 2 year enterprise transformation engagements.
REVENUE P&L
- Owning the revenue target, marketing spend efficiency, and pipeline-to-closure metrics. Building a lean sales and marketing team over time.

PROFILE A - The Consulting Leader
You have sold and delivered transformation programs at McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, EY, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, or similar. You know how CXO-level deals are positioned and won - and carry the relationships to activate immediately.
PROFILE B - The Industry 4.0 Leader
You have marketed or sold AI, IoT, automation, or industrial software at Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, Honeywell, SAP, Bosch, Schneider Electric, L&T, or similar. You understand how plant-floor and operations buyers think, decide, and buy.
In both cases: you are ready to step into a fast-moving startup with full revenue ownership - not manage a function inside a large machine.

YOU ARE A STRONG FIT IF:
- You have 15+ years in management consulting, digital transformation advisory, enterprise software sales, or industrial tech - with a track record of owning or directly contributing to large B2B revenue
- You carry an active network of senior relationships in Auto Components, Heavy Industry, Logistics, Railways, or Process Manufacturing that you can convert into conversations within weeks of joining
- You are comfortable leading both the marketing narrative and the commercial conversation - from creating awareness to closing a multi-crore transformation deal
- You understand the language of plant-floor and operations buyers - whether from selling to them directly or from delivering programs alongside them
- You have worked at firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, SAP, Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, Honeywell, Bosch, Schneider, or L&T
- You are deliberately pivoting into AI and Robotics - the technology genuinely excites you and you want to be inside the story, not watching from the outside
- You are comfortable building from zero - no brand book, no established pipeline, no legacy team. You will build all three.
- You are based in or open to relocating to Gurugram, NCR

- Candidates without an existing senior network in industrial, consulting, or enterprise technology sectors
