As a Chief Marketing Officer at our rapidly expanding EdTech organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Formulating and executing a results-oriented digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.• Overseeing the marketing P&L to ensure effective budget allocation for optimal ROI and profitability targets.• Leading all aspects of digital performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.• Driving data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools.• Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing digital marketing team while instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.• Strengthening the organization's brand positioning and leading campaigns to enhance global market presence.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Finance, to align marketing initiatives with strategic business priorities.• Identifying emerging markets and opportunities to expand the company's digital footprint.Qualifications required for this role include:
