About the Role

As a Chief Marketing Officer at our rapidly expanding EdTech organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • • Formulating and executing a results-oriented digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.

  • • Overseeing the marketing P&L to ensure effective budget allocation for optimal ROI and profitability targets.

  • • Leading all aspects of digital performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.

  • • Driving data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools.

  • • Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing digital marketing team while instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • • Strengthening the organization's brand positioning and leading campaigns to enhance global market presence.

  • • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Finance, to align marketing initiatives with strategic business priorities.

  • • Identifying emerging markets and opportunities to expand the company's digital footprint.
  • Qualifications required for this role include:

  • • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.

  • • Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.

  • • Track record of delivering measurable business growth and managing marketing P&L responsibility.

  • • Experience with AI marketing tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, and Lumen5 for agile, content-at-scale delivery.

  • • Strong proficiency in performance marketing, data analytics, and digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • • Analytical skills to track KPIs, manage budgets, and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.

  • • Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns across international markets.

  • • Superior leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
