About the Role

As a Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for owning and executing the overall global strategy for the brand, demand generation, and customer retention marketing across all customer segments. You will partner closely with the Global Sales leader and segmented Sales leaders, playing a key role in the Executive Leadership Team. This role will involve 25% travel to events and company offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve global corporate goals and sustain the position as a market leader.

  • • Cultivate a team of senior marketing leaders across global regions to drive business metrics and execute the strategic marketing plan.

  • • Oversee the global Growth team and drive inbound pipeline.

  • • Deliver demand and lead generation strategy to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • • Guide global campaign and content strategy to increase competitive differentiation.

  • • Lead marketing operations strategy and program management.

  • • Foster partnerships with the Technology organization for product marketing.

  • • Create a high-performance team environment that attracts and retains talent.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Significant experience with SaaS inbound, self-service, and enterprise SaaS business models.

  • • Extensive experience in various marketing facets including corporate marketing, communications, brand, demand generation, and product marketing.

  • • Ability to convey best practices in structuring a marketing organization.

  • • Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics.

  • • Experience in presenting to various audiences and stakeholders.

  • • Involvement in developing and supporting products sold directly and through channel partners.

  • • Customer focus, accountability, leading inclusive teams, general management, strategic thinking, and developing others.
