As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at our organization, your role involves leading and executing the overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with sales and leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes. Here are the key responsibilities:
• Define and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning• Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals• Ensure brand consistency across all touch points (digital & offline)• Build robust brand recognition and market presence• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)• Optimise cost per lead (CPL) and conversion metrics• Build and manage marketing funnels and landing pages• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion• Drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies• Manage SEO, social media, and digital presence• Create content strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)• Launch campaigns to increase footfall and revenue• Develop marketing collateral (pitch decks, case studies, videos)• Lead storytelling and brand messaging initiatives• Oversee content calendars and campaign execution• Build and manage a high-performance marketing team• Allocate and optimize marketing budgets for ROI• Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners• Track and report marketing KPIs (leads, CAC, ROI, brand metrics)Qualifications Required:
• 814 years of marketing experience• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (Head/VP/CMO)• Strong experience in digital marketing and brand building• Proven track record of running performance campaigns• Experience managing significant marketing budgets• Strong collaboration with sales teams• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)Preferred Qualifications:
