Role Overview:
You will be stepping into the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Digital Marketing at Dr. Care Homeopathy. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping the organization's marketing vision, brand strategy, digital transformation, and revenue growth. Your key focus will be on positioning the company as a market leader and driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.• Lead digital transformation initiatives and establish data-driven marketing systems.• Oversee brand positioning, market expansion, and product marketing efforts.• Manage performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic.• Supervise SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.• Drive measurable growth in traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.• Implement omnichannel campaigns across web, mobile, social, OTT, and influencer platforms.• Drive revenue targets through digital demand generation and optimize CPL and CPA.• Manage multi-crore digital budgets to ensure profitable returns.• Enhance brand visibility, credibility, and customer trust.• Oversee creative communication, PR, and online reputation management.• Launch brand campaigns, digital video strategies, and influencer programs.• Utilize analytics and technology to drive marketing automation and implement data-led decision-making.• Lead and mentor a marketing team of 20100+ members.• Collaborate with external agencies for digital, creative, SEO, media buying, and PR.• Establish an agile, high-performance marketing culture within the organization.Qualification Required:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role within digital marketing.• Proven track record as Head of Digital, VP Marketing, or CMO.• Expertise in SEO, performance marketing, brand management, analytics, automation, and content strategy.• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI optimization.• Experience in scaling digital revenue and managing large marketing teams.• Proficiency in digital strategy, brand communication, analytics, CRM tools, leadership, and market growth planning.
