About the Role

As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Co-Founder in our new venture, you will play a crucial role in defining and leading the marketing function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand & Positioning: - Define the company's brand identity, voice, and market positioning - Establish a differentiated narrative aligned with the long-term vision

  • Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy: - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product and platform launches

  • - Build scalable frameworks for user acquisition, activation, and retention

  • Demand Generation & Channels: - Lead multi-channel growth across digital, partnerships, and community ecosystems

  • - Identify and unlock new distribution and growth opportunities

  • Content & Thought Leadership: - Drive strategic content initiatives to position the company as a category leader

  • - Oversee communication across all external channels

  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: - Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, institutions, and stakeholders

  • - Contribute to the development of a strong innovation and growth ecosystem

  • Product & Experience Alignment: - Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to shape user journeys and engagement models

  • - Ensure alignment between brand promise and product experience

    Your profile should include:

  • • Proven experience in senior marketing, growth, or brand leadership roles

  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing functions from early stages

  • • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and brand building

  • • Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments preferred

  • • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in ambiguous, fast-paced settings

  • • Excellent communication, positioning, and stakeholder management skills

  • • Entrepreneurial orientation with a long-term interest in company building
