About the Role

You are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to act as a strategic co-pilot to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional finance reporting to encompass capital stewardship, growth strategy, and operational excellence. As the CFO, you will be both the Guardian of Capital and the Architect of Growth, ensuring financial integrity while enabling sustainable expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead financial integrity & compliance including controllership, audit, tax, and treasury.

  • • Drive fundraising activities (equity & debt), manage investor relations, and ensure the company remains diligence-ready.

  • • Provide strategic FP&A support, including forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics modeling.

  • • Build and maintain ERP/BI systems for automated, scalable financial reporting and insights.

  • • Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital management to optimize liquidity.

  • • Mentor, lead, and grow a high-performance finance team with a culture of excellence and accountability.

    • Core Competencies:

  • • Guardian of Capital - Ensures compliance, risk management, and financial discipline.

  • • Architect of Value - Translates complex financial data into strategic insights for business growth.

  • • Narrative & Influence - Communicates financial story with clarity and credibility to investors and internal teams.

  • • Systems & Scalability Thinking - Designs a tech-first finance function that scales with business growth.

    • Qualification:

  • • CFA + MBA (TIER 1) OR CA + MBA (TIER 1)
