About the Role

As a dynamic finance professional at People Realm Recruitment Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial standing and processes on multiple fronts, including strategizing growth and preparing the company for a strategic fundraise and/or an IPO in the medium to long term. Your responsibilities will involve developing a financial strategy aligned with the company's goals, working closely with the founder and C-suite executives, and eventually overseeing the overall financial functions and leading the Finance and Accounting Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Capital Raise & Investor Relations

  • - Raise capital from investors or financial institutions to finance business growth and operations.
    - Drive growth to secure funding from institutions like Private Equity (PE), venture funds, and work towards an IPO.
    - Develop various financial models for equity valuation and prepare materials for capital raise transactions.
    - Secure financing with the assistance of investment bankers, underwriters, and financial advisors.

  • • Budgeting & Forecasting

  • - Ensure accurate financial metrics and help the company track performance over time.
    - Manage budgeting and planning processes, suggesting improvements for performance.

  • • Financial Management & Control

  • - Analyze financial data, assess risks and opportunities, and identify areas for financial performance improvement.
    - Manage financial reporting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports compliant with regulations.
    - Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, provide financial insights, and develop strategic financial plans.

    Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field/MBA.

  • • Minimum of 10 years of finance experience with significant exposure to IPOs, capital markets, or investment banking.

  • • Deep understanding of SEC regulations and public company reporting environment.

  • • Proven ability to manage complex financial projects, work effectively with external advisors, and stakeholders.

  • • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • • Hands-on experience in fundraising from Institutional Investors and monitoring due diligence processes.

  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information.

  • • Demonstrated leadership abilities in building and managing high-performing teams.
