About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer at Load Controls India Private Limited, your primary role is to provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and treasury management. You will also be responsible for accounting and compliance, taxation and risk management, audit and governance, team leadership and development, cost and efficiency management, as well as ERP and financial technology deployment.

Role Overview: As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's financial strategy, providing insights to the management, and driving initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, accounting, taxation, audit, team leadership, cost management, and technology deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy to support long-term goals.

  • • Provide insights and recommendations to the management on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • • Drive initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

  • • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and present accurate and timely financial reports.

  • • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitor performance against budgets, and recommend corrective actions.

  • • Ensure optimal cash flow, manage working capital efficiently, and oversee treasury operations.

  • • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts in adherence to regulatory standards and oversee compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

  • • Manage tax strategy, collaborate with external advisors, and mitigate financial risks.

  • • Coordinate internal and external audits, strengthen governance, and lead the finance and accounting team.

  • • Drive cost-saving initiatives, monitor production costs, and implement effective cost-control measures.

  • • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of ERP systems and champion automation and technology adoption.
  • Qualification Required: - Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent qualification; MBA in Finance is a plus.

  • • Experience: 10 years of progressive experience with minimum 5 years in financial leadership role in the manufacturing industry.

  • • Mandatory Preference: Minimum 10 years of manufacturing industry experience.

  • • Proficiency in Kannada and South Indian languages.

  • • Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and analytics; strategic and analytical thinking; leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxation, financial principles, accounting standards, compliance frameworks, and company law procedures.
