About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy, governance, and performance management. Your responsibilities will include driving financial planning, capital management, compliance, and operational excellence to safeguard company assets and support sustainable growth. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will provide strategic financial insights to facilitate business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: - Drive long-term financial strategy, planning, and business growth initiatives. - Lead risk management and ensure financial stability. - Develop financial models, DPRs, and viability assessments.

  • • Ensure timely fund raising through banks and financial instruments.

  • • Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.

  • • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial statements.

  • • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • • Monitor actuals vs. budgets and drive cost optimization.

  • • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and group policies.

  • • Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, and working capital management.

  • • Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • • Drive automation and technology initiatives in Finance & Accounts.

  • • Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance teams.
  • Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

  • • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.

  • • Strong experience in fund raising, financial modeling, and compliance.

  • • Hands-on experience with SAP and financial systems.
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, business acumen, leadership capabilities, risk assessment mindset, and a high level of integrity and accountability.
