About the Role

  • • As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, your role involves executing the financial strategy to ensure the company's financial health and success. You will be responsible for managing financial controls and accounting procedures, maintaining transparency over financial performance, and advising on revenue enhancement and cost reduction strategies.

  • • Your key responsibilities include proposing action plans to achieve annual financial objectives, supporting the CEO and MD in preparing financial plans, ensuring accuracy in billings and client payments, and coordinating tax documentation. You will also be required to manage all financial requirements, cover aspects related to Banking & Finance, track cash flow, analyze financial strengths and weaknesses, and propose strategic directions.

  • • Additionally, you will contribute to the company's growth by developing strategic financial models, establishing financial policies and procedures, and managing Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation & Statutory Compliance. Your role will involve financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, fund management, project financing, and identifying risks and deficiencies.

  • • To be considered for this position, you must hold a CA qualification (mandatory) and an MBA-Finance (Preferred). Industry exposure in Steel/Manufacturing is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning, Quality Management, Corporate Finance, and Budget Development.

  • • The company seeks a high-caliber professional who can navigate the ever-evolving economic landscape, promote process improvement, and deal with complexities.
