About the Role

As the Finance Director, you will play a key role in leading the development and execution of financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and global standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and disclosure processes under US GAAP and other applicable accounting frameworks

• Ensuring robust financial controls, risk management, and internal governance structures are in place

• Serving as the primary finance liaison with the Board of Directors, global headquarters, external auditors, and regulatory bodies

• Driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders across international markets and business units

• Championing financial transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all finance functions

Qualifications Required for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations

• Proven track record in financial strategy development and execution

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
