About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our organization, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • • Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting functions

  • • Ensure Corporate Governance & Compliance

  • • Manage cash flow, working capital & banking facilities (CC, TL, LC, BG)

  • • Oversee budgeting, costing & profitability analysis

  • • Provide timely and accurate financial insights to the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership

  • • Handle Audits, GST & Income Tax compliance

  • • Support management in making strategic financial decisions

  • • Review MIS Reports, financial statements, and Board reports

  • • Ensure robust internal controls and relevant policies

  • • Drive strategic initiatives for business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation

  • • Handle any other tasks assigned by the management

    • The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • • Professional qualification such as CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA or CFA preferred

  • • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing/export-oriented businesses

  • • Strong exposure to banking, audits, and cash flow management

  • • Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
