About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our organization, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting functions

• Ensure Corporate Governance & Compliance

• Manage cash flow, working capital & banking facilities (CC, TL, LC, BG)

• Oversee budgeting, costing & profitability analysis

• Provide timely and accurate financial insights to the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership

• Handle Audits, GST & Income Tax compliance

• Support management in making strategic financial decisions

• Review MIS Reports, financial statements, and Board reports

• Ensure robust internal controls and relevant policies

• Drive strategic initiatives for business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation

• Handle any other tasks assigned by the management

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Professional qualification such as CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA or CFA preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing/export-oriented businesses

• Strong exposure to banking, audits, and cash flow management

• Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
