About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Srikara Hospitals, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial operations and strategic financial planning of the organization. With 8 to 15+ years of experience and a qualification of CA / CMA / MBA Finance, you will join the executive leadership team to drive sustainable growth and build strong financial systems in a reputed healthcare environment that focuses on quality, compliance, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with hospital expansion goals - Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis processes - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning

• Oversee hospital revenue cycle management operations, including billing processes, insurance claims, and TPA collections

• Improve key financial performance indicators such as ARPOB, EBITDA, and operating margins

• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations

• Implement internal financial controls, governance systems, and audits

• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency initiatives, and procurement minimization

• Lead and mentor accounts, finance, and billing teams, implementing KPI-based performance management systems

• Collaborate with senior leadership teams on strategic business initiatives
Qualifications Required: - CA / CMA / MBA Finance (Mandatory)
• Experience in multi-unit hospital operations will be an added advantage

• Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle management is essential

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required

• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities

• Experience managing large finance and accounts teams is preferred
