As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in driving the financial function, long-term growth strategy, and corporate governance of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing financial strategy in alignment with business objectives• Advising the CEO and leadership team on growth, investments, and profitability• Leading strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting• Collaborating with business teams to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization• Providing financial insights and analytics for data-driven decision-making• Supporting expansion strategies in new markets, categories, and business models• Strengthening corporate governance frameworks and financial controls• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory, and audit requirements• Overseeing financial reporting, MIS, and performance tracking• Driving automation and efficiency in finance processesAdditionally, your role will involve:
• Leading fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and stakeholder communication• Managing relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions• Supporting capital allocation and strategic investment decisions• Managing the end-to-end IPO process, including DRHP preparation and due diligenceYou should possess the following qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory• MBA (preferred, especially from Tier-1 institutes)• 15-22+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership rolesKey Skills required for this role include:
