About the Role

As a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a multinational organization operating in Building Materials and FMCG sectors, your role will be crucial in shaping the financial strategy and operations. You will be responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and execution aligned with organizational goals and global standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial performance, profitability, and cost optimization across business units.

• Managing financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to stakeholders.

• Overseeing treasury, cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital allocation strategies.

• Partnering with business leadership to drive strategic initiatives and expansion plans.

• Building high-performing finance teams and implementing internal controls and risk management frameworks.

• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring initiatives.

• Driving digital transformation and automation within the finance function.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, and accounting principles. Your experience in FMCG and/or Building Materials industry, along with knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, will be valuable. Additionally, your ability to drive business transformation and stakeholder management is crucial.

Your qualifications should include a CA (Chartered Accountant) or an MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
