About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) specializing in fundraising and investor relations, you will play a crucial role in leading financial initiatives to support the company's growth trajectory. Your primary base will be in Mumbai, with frequent travel to financial hubs such as Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, as well as management meetings in Ahmedabad. Your responsibilities will include spearheading fundraising activities, managing investor relations, collaborating on financial strategy and governance, creating investment materials, engaging with stakeholders, monitoring performance, and traveling for collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Spearhead fundraising activities, encompassing equity and debt financing, venture capital, private equity, and other capital market transactions. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to drive company expansion.

  • • Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver investor communications, quarterly reports, presentations, and updates to ensure transparency and trust-building.

  • • Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

  • • Create investment memorandums, pitch decks, and financial models to attract potential investors and partners.

  • • Represent the company in meetings with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Handle due diligence processes for fundraising rounds.

  • • Track financial metrics, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize fundraising and IR strategies.

    • Qualification Required:

  • • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution.

  • • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, with a proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, or corporate finance. Experience in the IT or technology sector is preferred.

  • • Skills: Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital markets, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
