About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our financial strategies and preparing the organization for public listing. Your expertise in financial acumen, capital markets, and high-growth environments will be essential in driving financial excellence and building investor confidence. You will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end IPO process, developing long-term financial strategies, ensuring financial reporting compliance, managing FP&A and capital allocation, and engaging with investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Spearhead the end-to-end IPO process, including financial due diligence, regulatory filings, and investor roadshows

  • • Collaborate with investment bankers, legal counsel, auditors, and underwriters to ensure a successful public offering

  • • Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate goals

  • • Provide financial insights to the Board to support strategic decision-making

  • • Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with Accounting Standards

  • • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to optimize capital deployment

  • • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to improve margins and cash flow

  • • Serve as the primary liaison for investors, analysts, and financial media

  • • Communicate financial performance and strategic vision with clarity and credibility
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and MBA Finance

  • • 20-25 years of progressive finance leadership, including successful IPO execution

  • • Deep understanding of capital markets and financial governance

  • • Strong exposure to automotive or related industries

  • • Experience in mergers and acquisitions of businesses

  • • Strong track record of driving business growth through financial planning
