About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, located in Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad, you will be responsible for leading the company's financial operations, capital raising efforts, and strategic partnerships. With 15-20 years of experience, including at least 7+ years in a senior finance leadership role in real estate or infrastructure development, you will leverage your Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to drive financial success in the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Wellness Lifestyle industries.

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in securing long-term funding for high-end wellness resorts, integrated living projects, and real estate development at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd. Your responsibilities will include leading equity, debt, structured finance, and alternate investment fundraising efforts to support expansion in real estate and hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with PE funds, NBFCs, family offices, HNIs, banks, and venture capitalists.

  • • Structure financial instruments such as REITs, INVITs, SPVs, Joint Ventures, and Development Management Agreements (DMAs).

  • • Prepare detailed Information Memorandums, investor pitch decks, project feasibility reports, and financial models for funding discussions.

  • • Drive financial modeling and investment analysis for new developments, acquisitions, and joint development projects.

  • • Develop long-term financial plans and monitor performance against key metrics.

  • • Manage cash flows, budgets, and ROI across multiple land development, villa, resort, and mixed-use real estate projects.

  • • Ensure statutory compliance under RERA, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.

  • • Build and lead high-performing teams in finance, accounts, and compliance.

  • • Drive ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and digitization of financial processes for efficiency.
  • Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in fundraising (equity & debt) for large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.

  • • In-depth knowledge of real estate project finance, investor relations, capital markets, and deal structuring.

  • • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
