As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function, including finance operations, treasury, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic planning. Your strong experience in infrastructure/EPC businesses with multi-project execution will be crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Group CFO in developing financial strategy aligned with company growth plans• Lead budgeting, forecasting, project cost estimation, and long-term financial planning• Drive project-level financial analysis, Project-wise PnL, and margin optimization• Monitor working capital and cash flow management• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements• Ensure compliance with Ind AS / Companies Act• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance• Lead internal and statutory audits• Publish MIS/dashboard to Group CFO/MD• Manage direct & indirect taxation (GST, Income Tax, TDS)• Ensure regulatory compliance across project locations• Handle tax assessments and litigations• Monitor financial risks across projects• Review contract financial terms and commercial clauses• Support claims management and cost control• Lead and mentor finance teams across HO and project sites• Drive automation and ERP-based financial reporting• Improve financial processes and efficienciesQualification Required:
• CA (Mandatory)• LLB - PreferredCandidate Profile:
• 15-20 years of experience• Minimum 5-7 years in senior finance leadership role• Strong exposure to Infrastructure / EPC / Construction sector• Experience in companies with turnover - 1,000 Cr+ preferredKey Competencies:
