About the Role

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in our organization, your role will be crucial in managing the financial health, providing strategic direction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your leadership as a strong financial guide will be vital in navigating the company through growth and change while upholding fiscal integrity.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and objectives. - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and auditing requirements.

• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize the company's financial performance.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.

• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and transparency.

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications: - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
• 5-15 years of experience in financial management or a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment.

• Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in India.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with executive management and stakeholders.

• Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
