About the Role

You will be leading a high-growth company through a full IPO journey, including preparing the DRHP, due diligence, and coordinating with bankers, lawyers, and advisors. You will drive equity fundraising for pre-IPO rounds and the IPO, manage investor relations, and oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and governance. Your role will also involve leading the FP&A function, managing consolidation of financials, strengthening internal controls and audit processes, and partnering with external firms for strategic projects. Additionally, you will provide strategic support to promoters, the Board, and business heads.

Qualifications required for the role:

  • • 12-15+ years of finance leadership experience with mandatory IPO execution exposure

  • • Strong background in equity fundraising, investor management, and financial institution interactions

  • • Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, governance, and listed-company standards

  • • Analytical capability in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and consolidation

  • • Excellent communication skills for representing the company with confidence

  • • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
