About the Role

Role Overview:
As the CFO in this unique role, you are not just a traditional finance executive focused on rear-view reporting. Your strategic mandate is to be the Architect of Growth and Guardian of Capital. You will play a crucial role as a strategic co-pilot to the CEO, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and discipline while also providing data, insights, and strategic counsel to fuel company expansion and responsible scaling. Your responsibility includes building and leading a finance function that acts as a strategic enabler empowering leaders to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Ensure Financial Integrity & Operational Excellence

  • • Establish Strategic Business Partnerships

  • • Develop Capital Strategy and Maintain Investor Relations

  • • Cultivate a High Performance Team Culture
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 8-10 years of progressive financial experience in high-growth startups and structured corporate environments

  • • Mandatory Chartered Accountant credentials, preferably with top-of-batch/rank holders and an MBA in Finance from a premier institution

  • • Demonstrable hands-on experience in equity and/or debt fundraising

  • • Proven track record in full-stack ownership of finance functions

  • • Hands-on experience with ERP and BI systems for data fluency

  • • Sector exposure in healthcare, health-tech, or recurring revenue businesses is advantageous
