Role Overview:
As a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer at KR Pulp & Papers Ltd., you will lead and oversee all financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives to maximize profitability and shareholder value.• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial statements to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets.• Manage cash flow, investments, and debt to ensure efficient fund utilization and minimize financial risks.• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.• Evaluate and advise on financial implications of business decisions such as capital expenditures, mergers and acquisitions, and new product development.• Build relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and manage investor relations.• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualification Required:
