As a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, your role will involve leading the financial function, driving business growth, and strengthening financial governance. You will need a robust blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth plans• Act as a key advisor to the CEO/Board on financial and commercial matters• Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting• Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS, and management reports• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting• Monitor cash flows, working capital, and profitability• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, etc.)• Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks• Lead debt/equity fundraising initiatives• Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions• Oversee credit rating, loan structuring, and treasury functions• Collaborate with business heads for cost optimization and revenue enhancement• Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and expansions• Drive financial due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions (if applicable)• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team• Drive performance culture and process improvements• Implement best practices in finance operationsQualification Required:
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategy• Deep knowledge of Indian taxation, corporate laws, and compliance• Experience in fund raising, banking, and investor relations• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/Zoho, etc.)• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsPreferred Experience:
• Experience in multi-entity businesses or consulting firms• Exposure to recruitment, education, or service aggregation sectors is a plus• Prior experience in scaling businesses or handling multiple verticalsCompensation:
