About the Role

You will be joining Innovatiview India Ltd. as a Financial Analyst based in Noida. Your role will involve overseeing the entire Finance department of the Group Companies and providing strategic leadership to ensure the financial health of the organization. You will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintaining internal control and safeguards for revenue, costs, budgets, and expenditures.

• Analysing financial data, preparing accurate and timely financial reports, and communicating monthly and annual financial statements to senior leadership.

• Managing annual budgeting, planning processes, cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.

• Tracking the performance of invested assets in alignment with budgets.

• Providing leadership to the finance team members, developing training programs, and maximizing skill development and productivity to achieve organizational goals.

Key Competencies required for this role include critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills. You should also have a thorough understanding of Budgeting, Financial Planning & Modeling, Audits, IPO, Investor Relations, Merger & Acquisitions.

Qualifications required for this position:

• Qualified CA with a Graduation from Tier 1 DU Commerce College.

• Experience in Pre-post IPO is preferred.

• Minimum 22-30 years of work experience.

• Experience in working with internal & external stakeholders.
