As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of C2FO ITPL in India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of the company's operations in India. Reporting to the Global CFO with a dotted line to the Country GM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies and policies that align with the overall business objectives. Your role will involve managing the financial health of the company by providing fast, flexible, and equitable access to low-cost capital through our platform.
• Key Responsibilities: - Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. - Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate, timely financial reports that comply with regulatory accounting standards. - Treasury and Risk Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and oversee financial risk management activities. - Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws. - Investor Relations: Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate the company's financial performance effectively. - Auditing: Partner with external and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of financial reports and audits. - Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and guidance to the executive team to drive growth and profitability. - Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop direct reports through collaboration and people skills. - Business Process Improvement:* Continuously assess and improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
