Chief Financial Officer

In the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Project Funding and Management at our company, you will play a crucial role in transitioning from traditional scorekeeping to proactive strategic navigation. Your primary responsibility will be to co-pilot the company through rapid, AI-driven growth by providing strategic financial leadership and turning financial data into actionable insights for investors and clients.

Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Finance & Growth Navigation Leadership: - Evolve the finance function into a strategic, AI-driven partner and advise the CEO on navigating rapid growth and market expansion. - Transition finance operations to proactive, AI-driven scenario modeling and strategic planning. - Collaborate with the CEO and Partners to identify revenue-generating opportunities and develop financial models that influence business strategy.
- Develop comprehensive financial models, KPIs, and projections to drive business strategy and market expansion.

• Fundraising, Capital Structuring & Project Finance: - Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives for rapid expansion projects and M&A opportunities.

- Oversee the preparation of detailed project reports, feasibility studies, business plans, and financial documentation to secure funding.
- Manage investor relations, develop investor decks, and negotiate terms to secure capital.
- Provide transparent, data-driven reporting to stakeholders and manage investor relations.

• Commercial Leadership, Governance & Liaison: - Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive actionable insights from financial data and improve profitability across various sectors of the company.
